Miss Champús
Miss Champús, whose name is inspired by Colombian everyday fruit beverage "chanpús", is a DJ/Producer born in Cali, Colombia and based in Bogota.
Her musical style is a blend of different genres and sounds originating in the Colombian pacific region, combined with wider Colombian inspirations, and many others that represent Mother Africa and its history in the World, like Salsa, Champeta, Dancehall, Soukous, Moombahton and African Beats...
A rising star in Bogota, who recently broadcasted her 1st Boiler Room session, Miss Champús is also a regular contributor at the excellent Franco-Colombian Radio Chiguiro, with whom she recently organized the very first Colombian all-women dj festival Fempowerfest, aimed at raising awareness and funds for the girls empowerement non-profit association Niñas Sin Miedo.
